Verify the file is a digital PDF before continuing.

Wait for processing
Allow Nulla a moment to read and parse the document.

Review extracted items
Check the output to ensure line items, quantities and units came through cleanly.

Check that item descriptions, quantities and units have been extracted correctly and that no lines or information have been cut off.

Upload tips

Make sure the file only contains one set of quantity information. Avoid scanned PDFs. Avoid dense line spacing. Keep units visible. Keep section headings in the file. Do not remove specification notes.

Common issue: Some line items are missing

Check for hidden rows, filtered tabs, scanned pages or merged cells in the source file.
