Open the export tab
Go to the Export section of your project.

Select NABERS export
Choose the NABERS-ready output format.

Choose a scenario
Pick which scenario you want to export.

Confirm assessment boundary
Verify the lifecycle stages included in the export.

Generate the export
Click 'Export' to produce the file.

Open and review
Open the file and check the contents before sharing.

Quick check

Confirm the exported scenario and lifecycle boundary before sharing externally.

Review before sharing

Check the project name, scenario name, assessment boundary, material categories, quantities and units, emission factors, assumptions and excluded items.

File naming tip

Use: ProjectName_NABERSExport_Scenario_Date.xlsx. Example: AlbionStation_NABERSExport_IndustryAverage_2026-05-07.xlsx.

Common issue: The export total does not match the dashboard

Check that the same scenario, boundary and database are selected.
